Once these things have made way to your computer they are very difficult to get rid of. Most will require a special took kit that may be very hard to get since the malware keeps reverting you away from the site to get it from. Make sure that you have a hijacking tool kit and a worm tool kit on your computer prior to infection. Most anti-virus manufacturers have these tools for download on their web sites. If you act responsibly and keep all your protection up to date than you should be very safe from the unsafe net.
