Privacy Issues with Unwanted Spyware

from:

When it comes to Spyware, do not even think for one second that there is such a thing as privacy. This is just not possible, as Spyware is designed to completely overcome and overwhelm the individual that is using the free net. This to the programmers and clients of this lousy and annoying marketing strategy is in essence a right. This proclaimed right to flood is under basis that the free net is an open market for anyone. The idea that this tactic is an acceptable one is always under scrutiny and much debate.

One of the biggest problems is that this mannerism, is by no way an honest method of getting your product or service points across. If there is any professionalism in the flooding of someone’s computer, for the sole purpose of a marketing strategy, it has yet to be seen. This is this method of advertising is in essence a complete pain in the butt for the person that has to view it. It not only interferes with the basic commands and functions of your computer but it puts a major strain on the entire framework of your computer. This is a strategy that completely attacks your system and makes for a very slow net browse. When one of these dandies of marketing strategies hits your machine, do you really believe that they are not keeping track of what you are doing online?

Every time you click on a site that you are interested in, this little pest has a site or product that they feel they can interrupt you with. If you are interested in astrology, and find a link to something you may be interested in, they will find something for you to look at. If you are interested in software, well, you guessed it; they will find something for that, too. The unfortunate part about the Spyware situation is that it is completely legal. There are many loopholes to the whole marketing ordeal, the idea that you could be flooded by nothing more than a marketing strategy is in every sense a pain butt but still regardless what anyone says it is still legal. This tool of gaining your attention is very much steamrolling now, as most sites have a way of tracking you down once you have visited their page. Sometimes they will ask you to leave your e-mail address, in order to view certain pages. This is where have you locked in their radar. They will continuously pester, for you to buy their product. It is very important for you to not add any personal information when asked. This is a sure fire way to get your information smeared all over the free net.

This is especially true when it comes to the surveys that a site will ask you to take a few minutes on. They offer you a free this, or that and then have you fill out a bunch of check boxes. In doing this, it sends your personal information to each and every one of those boxes you check. Once the marketers have this information, not only do they pester you to near hair-pulling frustration, but also they sell your name to other companies on a list. This is another great way for the ball to keep rolling, and they make a few bucks in the process. This is done at your expense. It is a method that has been scratching the backs of countless marketers in the past, and it is not likely to stop anytime soon. As long as there are the sites that have these marketing tactics there will always be a way of gaining valuable information on a casual web surfer. The distribution of your info is then set in motion, and it does spread like wild fire. Very soon after you make the mistake of filling out one of their nonsense surveys, your e-mail box is flooded with useless Spam. It can become such a problem, that many people have had close their e-mail account a start anew. This is a major pain, and can be very time consuming to replace all your contacts. This is also a bugger when you have to send everyone the new information and then they have to readjust this contact info for you on this e-mail list as well.
